Basic Information On Playing and Scoring In The APF Leagues
These general rules apply to the majority of APF Leagues currently running.
Please check the individual league threads for more details.
- The league tables are updated after each game by our super swede muratore. If you have any queries about the scoring he'll be happy to answer any pm's.
- To be eligible for points, you must have your screen name for the given poker rooms in your player profile or by posting your screen name in the tournament thread posted on the forum. Currently, we also have a posting requirement (simply your screen name in the given tournament thread) to receive passwords for the majority of our leagues - this may be subject to change.
- All APF members are welcome to join and play these games at any point throughout the season except for specific Mini-Leagues which may only be open to Active Members - please check the league details carefully.
- If a player not eligible for points finishes in the top 10 of a given game, all players behind his finishing position will move up one position.
- Tie Breaker (Main Leagues) : In the event of a tie, the player with the most top 3 finishes over the 10 games will be placed higher, if they are still tied it will go to most final tables and finally most wins. Should we still have a tie for the trophy, this will be decided by a 3 game heads up match to be organised by the players involved.
- Tie Breaker (Mini-Leagues) : Should 2 players end on the same points, the player with the most wins from the 4 games will be placed higher in the table, if still tied we will look at most 2nd places, then 3rd places etc.

League News - July 1st until December 31st 2009
General league News :
From July 1st 2008, the APF Freeroll League will be on hiatus. This doesn't mean that it's gone for good but will allow us to continue with the increasingly popular Mini-Leagues which will vary between Freerolls and Buy-In games. The Buy-In League continues as normal with it's current $3+.30 buy-in level with the H.O.R.S.E. League taking a small drop in added money but with an increase of games per month to balance this out in the cash pool.
The Mini-Leagues :
In the table above, you'll be able to see all the old, current and future leagues we have planned with their current status and direct links to the latest tables. This gives us plenty of chance to try new things and keep things fresh on the forum. There is a direct link to this thread situated under the main logo (top left of each page) entitled : APF Leagues Overview.
Good luck to all members new and old, competing in APF Leagues and Games over the next few months !
