About our Tournaments and Leagues

, you’ve found your way here and want to join us in our Poker Leagues.

As an APF registered user, you are free to participate in any of our Buy-in League (money added) tournaments, HORSE League (money added) tournaments, and Freeroll League games.

In addition, we will be hosting non-league freerolls specifically for Active Members. These Active Members Club games will normally consist of one freeroll a month called an Active Extra Freeroll. We hope the keen spirit and camaraderie generated by the most active members will echo throughout the forum.

Many new members join us for the freerolls to get a feel for the forum before taking a full part in the Buy-in and HORSE League games.

What we want the most from everyone, is that they enjoy learning more about poker here, find friends and add to the forum.

An advantage of making many contributions to the forum topics is that you may gain a place in the monthly Top Posters tournament.

We have a ranking system that easily shows whom is most active in the forum. However we don't believe that the members who have had the most to say

are more important than those new here

To help build the pot value for our league matches

You can deposit in rooms downloaded from the Poker Resource page, or from anywhere else you see them in this forum.

If you open a real money player account at a room please post the details in the APF Tracker Thread. Include the site you have downloaded and the screen name that you used.

Standards expected within all our forum games

Foul, derogatory, racist remarks and cursing in the forum or at the tables will not be tolerated.

Consistent non-stop all-ins at the tables annoy all players; in our freeroll and buy-in events, we want everyone to be able to enjoy a good quality tournament. Play it like you mean it.

Consistent registering and sitting out of tournaments.

*Administration reserves the right to safeguard these rules and act appropriately against any league member.

Please remember that The Cash Ticker is the fuel behind our concept. It is always building, and you can see the prize pools for the upcoming freerolls.

Simply put - The more traffic you the member brings to this site to play and talk poker - the higher the cash ticker goes in dollar value – the more it pays back to the members when playing in the APF games.
