| The Team Alternate Mini-League (OFC/GGE) - Season #3 | |
 | This Mini League will consist of the next 8 (pro-US) OFC and GGE events.
Both the Freeroll and Buy-In events will be part of this Mini League.
The winner will have this award permanently in his/her sig line and 2 HOF points. |
We'd like to announce a Mini League for the players that chooses to play for Alternate Poker Forum (Team Alternate) in the coming OFC and GGE events!
The idea behind this Mini League is to promote our members to play for us in these events which will hopefully mean bigger numbers for Team Alternate and by that also more players going deep in these events!
The Winner of this Mini League will have a permanent Award added to their signature line here at the forum. This Award is also worth 2 points for the forums Hall of Fame 
This will be a series of the coming 8 OFC and GGE events. League table points will be awarded based upon your finishing position at qualifying tournaments - Next Events : OFC #69 and OFC #70 (click here for details). Please read extra rules and information below the Points System Table !

Extra Rules and Information :
- The league table is updated after each game by our super swede muratore. If you have any queries about the scoring he'll be happy to answer any PM's.
- The league will run over the next eight (pro-US) OFC/GGE events starting with OFC #57 at Full Tilt Poker 28/2. Both Freeroll and Buy-Ins are counted towards the League Table.
- To be eligible for points, you must have signed up to play for our forum and also posted your screen name in the respective OFC/GGE thread as before.
- All APF members are welcome to come join Team Alternate and play these games with us at any point throughout the eight game season. The more the merrier !
- In the event of a tie, the player with the most top 30 finishes over the 8 games will be placed higher, if they are still tied it will go to most final tables and finally best average finishing position.
- Forthcoming game details may be subject to change. Although the OFC/GGE games normally occur once a month, we are not in control of their schedule and cannot make guarantees of "if" and "how many" will occur. As long as they are held at US-friendly sites for anyone to enter, then league points will be available.

Last weekend we kicked off another season of this league with the OFC at Full Tilt.
Ramster managed to once again put his name in to the future with yet another top 30 finish in OFC/GGE events and made it in to the list 
He also got a good grip on the league lead after the first 2 games of this 8 game series.
The next 4 events are now published and open for pre-registration 
First we have another double at Full Tilt and then the week after that we go to Cake Poker over the weekend.
Make sure you go and pre-register and play for Alternate Poker Forum to take part in this great league we have

thats correct Ram, as they are not open to all US, they wont be included in the league
we will have yet another OFC threaded in the next few days, and that will probably not be included in this league either (some kind of non poker OFC  )
it looks like the closing 2 games in this league will also be on cake, but nothing confirmed yet..

6 players finishind in top 500 in todays freeroll and made points for the league.
Know-nuffin was the best player with a 198th finish, Ramster still top of the league

As it seems, this one will stand between DangerMouse and Ramster. The rest of us need to finish at the final table to even have a chance to take it down..
