A Forum Milestone

When i took over organising the tournaments here at the forum, we were having just 2 or 3 games a month i think. One of my dreams at that stage was to get to the point where we would have a game on every day of the week with quality prizes, different leagues and game variations.

With todays confirmation of next Wednesday Bounty game, we have, i believe for the first time managed to achieve that goal. I'm proud of the fact that we have never resorted to booking at any old site giving away money but managed to forge good longstanding relationships with some great rooms that in the main have gone above and beyond in supporting us.

Just look at the week ahead - we have games with added seats worth $109 & $550, we have various games (both buyins and freerolls) with money added, different formats like no-limit short hand, omaha and bounty and i even managed to put on a little something for our excellent backstage.

So yes, i'm giving myself a little pat on the back and i wanted to post this personal milestone as it is also a great accomplishment for the forum which could not have happened without the excellent backstage team and you, the Alternate Poker forum members.

Perhaps this will be as good as it gets game-wise, i don't know .....much will be up to you folks now to fill those games, perhaps download one or two rooms and show that we can sustain this kind of calendar. I really hope we can.

Either way, there it is .....another milestone passed !

BRAVO Harry! Truly a fine forum with nice people.  Staff and players have been very nice to me. I have enjoyed playing all the games.  Thanks for providing us with great tourneys and a great forum.  Thanks also, for all the hard work you and the staff do!

Great job Harry & Staff, I just noticed your fine accomplishments and would like to give an "At a Boy" for going above and beyond your plans for this most excellent establishment.
