Congrats!  Well played.  You can sleep when you're dead.
HOUSECATS

Congrats on the great finish kp.
Try this for screenshots

Just in case you don't know how!!
& you want to upload a picture of your win. Its very easy & you can copy instantly.

Quick Tutorial

1) Look on your keyboard & find Print Screen (normally to the right above numbers) Hit That Key

2) Open Microsoft Paint (you all have it free with windows)
Click on your Start Menu - All Programs - Accessories - Paint

3) In paint click Edit - Paste........... he he

4) Now click File - & Save that to your desktop, or pictures, anywhere you want. Then simply upload it with your message when posting on the Alternate Poker Forum. There is a small 'add an image' link under the posting text area, write your post text, then click the link to upload your image.

PS
Clicking Print Screen is an instant snapshot of your desk top, saved to your PC memory, so you can paste it at your leisure after the tourney
PS
If you hold down the Alt key while hitting the Print Screen you will get an image of just the active window, excluding the rest of your desk top (so to get maybe just the poker table or results screen, this is what I do, its tidy)

TRY IT NOW

In More Depth

Here's How To Capture a Screen Shot of your Desktop or the Active Window in Windows.

1.   Press the Print Screen key on your keyboard (or hold the Alt key down while pressing Print Screen to capture only the active window).

That's it, you now have your image in the memory

2.   Now open an image editing program, such as Microsoft Paint.

3.   Go to the Edit menu and choose Paste.

4.   If prompted to enlarge the image, choose Yes.

5.   Optional: Use your image editor's crop tool to crop out unnecessary portions of the screen shot.

6.   Go to the File Menu and choose Save As.

7.   Navigate to the folder where you want to save the image.

8.   Type a file name for the image.

9.   Select a file type (gif or jpeg).

10.   Click the Save button.

11. You can then upload the image (use the 'Add image to post' link at the bottom of the text area) when posting your message.

Yaaaaaaaay congrats kp.

And thanks HC, I didn't know that about the alt+prnt Scrn.

As a quick extra to HC's post, the shortcut for paste is Ctrl+V.

I use some shortcuts often. Of the bottom left 4 keys...

Ctrl+Z = undo
Ctrl+X = cut
Ctrl+C = copy
Ctrl+V = paste

Thanks for the tips kn they are a great help. The way I do it was the way that Brian taught me many years ago. Your tips will help us all.

Nice job kp.

Always a little annoying to lose HU but when it`s a nice cash and you played great you can`t be too unhappy.
Mrs know-nuffin

Well done kp.

Tiredness is a killer for poker so you deserve an extra pat on the back for getting that far.

Nice little earner too
