Bwin Withdrawals

I remember nadjen being unsure about withdrawing from bwin. I sent them an e-mail yesterday and I`ve received a reply.

Thank you for your e-mail.

Please be advised that, your winnings have been credited to your bwin account and you are free to withdraw them.

However, before paying out your winnings, we require a copy of an official photo ID document (passport, drivers licence, ID card etc.) for legal reasons, and to protect your money from unauthorized third parties.

When you registered with bwin, you indicated that you had read and accepted our terms and conditions, where it is clearly stated that ID will be required at the latest before the first outpayment.
Please note that you will not be asked to send it in again for future payouts.

You can send us a scanned copy or a digital photo of proof of your identity via the following link: https://www.bwin.com/account.aspx?view=PayIn&subview=Upload.

Please ensure that the data does not exceed 5MB. You can scan and save the data as a .jpg file to avoid any problems.

You can send us this copy by fax to 0043 1 585 60 44 18 as well.

Please write down your user ID on the copy and make sure that your name and date of birth are legible.

Should you require further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Kind regards,

Your bwin customer service team

This is very standard for the bigger sites that have integrated Poker, Casino and Sportsbook.

It's also pretty rare that you can cash out freeroll winnings without depositing first.
