For me at least, it's not quite as striaghtforward a question to answer as it might seem. One reason is that I don't improve at a constant rate. Sometimes, I'm not really doing anything specific to improve. And much of the time when I am working on some aspect of my game, I don't seem to obtain much benefit until every once in a while, something clicks.

Seems like I lose every race these days, or have the smaller flush, or the lower kicker, or my bluffs get called by folks who are obviously better players then me, so:

Broad question. From when I started? Yes. From yesterday? Not noticeably.
Arjon has kind of summed it up for me. I tend to go through periods where things seem pretty stagnant and then something clicks and I notice a difference in my play. I`ve been a bit lazy recently and haven`t really worked on my game other than playing it. I think I`m going to buy a few books and do some work away from the table.

I think that my game have improved pretty much. I have a larger range of hands i play which makes it hard to put me on a specific hand. Still i am to aggressive at some points...My position play have improved with more then 100% as for 1 year ago i never used the "positionplay" vs any player.
BUT my game have only improved in MTT's. In Cash games i still are a newbie that cant make a profit...

Yes, it would help to know from when. But, theoretically, I think that almost everyone improves the more they play. Experience and practice can improve almost anything. And we all have lulls where we aren't doing as well as we'd like to be. It happens.

I might have become a worse player then I was a while ago.
I don't get the sharp adrenaline rush anymore.
I miss being on the edge of my seat and just knowing that at that tournament, at that moment in time, I will be fully focused and the best pokerplayer I can be.
Maybe I need a break?
