Hate river chasersPlaying in $200 gtd just now final table I'm in 3rd with 19000 in chips Blinds are $5000 $10000 I flop KK call and see the flop 5 2 K I bet lst $9000 guy calls He turns over 7 8 off suit turn is 6 river is 4. I get knocked out on bubble after playing 2 1/2 hours. Hate players that will chase to end hoping to hit their hand.

I agree that it looks like a bad play. But why didn't you push preflop? You did not indicate stack sizes. Could he afford to take a hit? Or was he putting his tournament life on the line by calling you? What suits were out there? You got your chips in with the best hand, and that's really all you can do.

I know that it's no consolation to you, but you know it happens. With the blinds so steep, you were short stacked and you made the right decision at the time. I assume that the player that knocked you out had a large chip stack and that it was probably worth him calling no matter what two cards he had.

Dont get me wrong - I also hate this kind of runner runner suckout.
Maybe I misread or you just typed wrong numbers there, but with stack 19K and BB 10K - how can you bet 9K after the flop ??
It is all in or fold then  anyways - so all you can do is push there.

I know how u feel its happend to me many times, it gets worse trust me even more when its in an MLP game were u expect better play, like in the intercontinental cup game when my K J clubs 5.500 re-rasie got aclled by J 3 off and he hit the 3 on the river to put me out 4th, and then he crashed bang wolloped out 10 mins later, but online bad play dose get rewarded a lot.

None taken KN2. I already felt bad enough about that damn 3 on the river so seeing your post made it even worse  Anyway, I'm glad you saw the apology and definitely don't blame you for ranting about that hand. I would do the same! Congrats on the win for Dominion.

Typing to fast or I was still p off I called the BB 10000 then bet my last 9000 in chips my last looks like a lst now that I'm calmed down and look at it. Yeah I know it happens alot and there is nothing anyone can do about the river chasers, still want to B i t __ slap em though.

I did say sorry at the time m8 and i ment it i realy did put u on a steel cose i had folded to so many rasies for so long, and a slight difference we were both pritty much short stack.
+ the site is well known for doggy set ups but dont worry i dont intend wasting any more money playing in games on a site i feel is very iffy.
