Keeping notes on other playersHow do you do yours. 
Do you rely on the individual site's player notes system  or do you have a little black book. 
What do you write. Individual words; "fish" "donk" "bluffer". 
Or do you produce a work of fine literature: "Forsooth thou hast raised mine blind fair but true to the value of five multiplications and thus when exposed the rapscallion with blatant intent embarked to tell a yarn as wide as my arm is left, upon uttering, "oops wrong button." 
What do you look for as important facts to record.

I try to keep my notes void of hand results. I keep it pretty simple. They say things like: 5x bb utg w/ Arag off or chases any aceface to the river or even a few that say FOLD FOLD FOLD to any hand he plays.

simply putting donk or rock isn't enough, but putting the entire library into it isn't needed either.
I only play sites where the option to keep notes is available, & prefer on top of that color coding them or using the available symbols.
For donks, you run across many types, the low pocket pair players that never fold, the ace rag chasers, the suited card players, the 2 cards in the paint guys etc...
The pots these players are in are usually raised, so no need to put that in the notes, unless they have a habit of being the raiser with junk.
As for rocks, solid players etc...they have favorite hands they like to play around with, the J10 suited, favorite bets for AA & the like, boards they bluffed on etc...
color coding of choice for me, red is the donk, yellow is the maniac, green is the rock...

hiI keep notest on them... If its a cash game i put c for cash and if it a tourney i put t for it and then write my notes...

I let them worry about me
 
But seriously i try and just make abbreviated notes like
cs for calling station
ltc for likes to chase
gmig for gets money in good
yummy for follow these
with these i find i can usually make my bets with the minimum of risk

hiOh if its a micro toruney on a big sites... i really dont keep not becasue i proably would never see that person again...if I see a person more than twice ina tourney then i write notes

Hmmm, Notes? Guess I have a womans approach... Mine are more emotional, like:
Mura... He never believes me..... Major overbet or Bam!!! Over the top raise! (That will teach him to not take me seriously)
Ram... He's a nice guy... I'll wait for FT.... Call .
If it's the first time I've met a player the notes are more generic..ie what an idiot.... or ..Geeze, 5xbb 24off in early...
Otherwise most of my notes are how they play me rather than how they play they in general.
Is that a bad thing?

my strategy with fromafar has Always been, hmm... she is a nice person, lets double her up Again, i bet she likes that
it is purely tradition, not much more than that
