If i was 10-12k shorter i would be pushing
But you have enough chips to let this go

It's raise or fold time. If you are in front at this stage you may yet be out drawn.
It's a toughie because at this paying stage if you want to earn well from the tourney you gotta win a big pot or two. I'm guessing you're about lower-mid table on the chip count.
I'm letting it go.

just calling is an option, as pushing here won't get him to fold, too much in the pot now, so you need to decide is he bluffing or drawing...as you can fold also, but folding a set it hard here isn't it...on a loose table it's much harder to putt hem on a hand...

The best scenario is that he is drawing or bluffing. You have made your hand and there are enough chips in the pot. Push.

Answering Stu.
At this point was #12 in chips from #42, the guy to my left with 72,458 was chip leader, and the guy to my right was #2 in chips. In the turn i know that if i push and this guy call, if i win the hand it will make me chip leader with about 100,000 chips
That change something?.

i start the hand with 45,000, and in the turn have 39,000, if just call his 23,000 that let me only 16,000 chips left (about 8 bb), i don't expect to improve my hand in river and could improve his, so just call and see river was not a option for me, just have fold or push.
In flop every one check, in turn the guy that raise preflop check again, so, was expecting that the other guy try to steal the pot in here, in that moment we have a 21,000 pot, and the guy like i expect bet, and he bet 23,000, so i think that maybe he got a over pair or have nothing or have the draw, i really don't think in a set because his bet, i now that maybe he do it because the flush draw, but with only one card to go and if he got a set was expecting that he make a lower bet to get a call.
So i think a have the best hand and push.
i was wrong and cost me the game.
At the end finish 40, got like $12.70 wich is 2 times my buy-in so was "fine".
Now we talk about the hand in turn.
But what about preflop?.
Maybe should fold preflop?.

Im folding this one preflop. 22bb is a to small stack to call 3bb with a hand there you have to hit to continue this on flop.

I would have done the exact same thing. I would have made the same read as you did, over pair or maybe even lower pair or something like A 10. I would have figured I had the best hand and this was an opportunity to get yourself a big chipstack and make a real run at the win.

I should have been a bit clearer in my reply, by saying calling was an option, I meant it as a trapping option only, if you decided he was on a draw etc...
if you push, he won't fold, again, as I said, too much now in the pot, 16K re-raise all-in to a 23K bet, plus 21K in the pot...
so the only real option was to push, not call of course, unlucky on the result...

I fold it preflop

After all the feedback.
Yes, i think should fold my hand preflop.
In the push part, i think will do the same other time, yes i could fold too, and maybe i do that if i am out of pays or feel i am behind, but with that board and that bet i cant think he have the str8 or trips, and how much times you going to have trips and the other player too?, so in long term i think is ok.
Thanks for all your comments.

i'm join the club:
i called max 2BB (in a good position) and folded anything else.
but this situlation y call...so
he have big chips on the table (i think not accidentally)
the flop very dangerous.
-flop: round check
-turn: check, 1/2 raise, .. (hmm i refreshing the party):
-I do not think that he would have call with little sheets or X3/X6 the 3BB
so he no playing to straight
-more probable figured cards possibly with an same colour
nice draw on the flop, but not enought now
-probable PP
if he have a 5's, 7's or T's your chance is bad. otherwise good
I'm all-in and wait...
Damn. this is a trap! jesus im a fish????
i dont think so
checking the ODDS on the turn:
you: fullhouse 19,5% ; trips 78% ; poker 2% global: 81% that you win
opponents: str8 16% ; trips 4% ; flush 2% ; fullhause 0,8% global: 19% that they wins
i think this a perfect example that way, how why we fold of the little pair preflop a bigger raise in the endgame
