I lose with pocket A's a lot for some reason but this hand I will always remember.

I managed to get an all-in pre-flop and I was glad to see pocket K's when the other player showed there cards.

The Flop come out Ah, 5c, 9h or something like that..

then the turn come out another heart and of course the river come out another heat..

I was'nt too happy at this stage.

was such a great pot and I was so close to winning it.

sigh, lil story bout poker on wed nite, AK first hand, snatch 400 chips, 2 hands later I have KK flop hits with a K, I know my opponent well, quite loose, he bets, as there is a possible straight & flush to hit I doulbe it, another card, he bets I double, river no flush, but maybe a straight, he goes all in, I think a bit & call, he goes oh poop (well, he didn't say poop, but that was the kinda thing he meant...) & showed KQ, yeah...3 hands later feeling cocky I call a 3xBB raise with 68 off suit, by the river I hit my straight, push him all in & he calls, did he ever curse me out, he had flopped 2 pair...yeah, I'm chip leader after that, 10 hands later another player has lots of chips, ended up costing me almost all my chips with raises & re-raises, there was 88 vs KK vs AA, all flopped a set, 7 turn 7 river, all had a boat, FFS !!! aaargh....so much for a good night of poker...

It's really unlucky for AA and KK to run into each other, and horrible when any hand hits runner runner to overtake you.

I try to remember that AA is only the best starting hand and not the nuts.

I believe the stats say AA should win one in every three times.

If you hold KK it is 4200 to 1 that someone has AA. Well.. that is what the math predicts.. online it may be a different story.
