poker rooms & their supportwell, it was strange signing up for the GGE events last night, the freeroll was no problem, but the buy in didn't let me register, so I sent off an email to Red Kings Poker suport, in the mean time, they already sent instructions on what to do, within 15 minutes though I had a reply from them, no sarcastic "take a look @ what we sent you earlier", no they detailed (no copy & paste) what I had to do, which was very nice, they actually replied twice...
it's nice to see sites like them, or intertops etc...that go out of their way to help, many sites take forever in replying, if they bother to at all.
going the other way, i won some freeroll money at a crap site called banner poker, minimum was a week to get a reply from them, no way they're ever going to send me wat they owe me, have sent many emails to them, may the fleas of a thousand camels infest their crotches...

Always good to see reports of good customer service. It's actually quite unusual. It costs money to provide better servcice of course, but it's a differentiator that a lot of competitors aren't going to match, which means it can provide a genuine competitive advantage. I haven't really heard anything else about redstar. Anyone else had positive or negative contact with them?

this was Red Kings that I referred to, not Red Star...
