Poker Stars - Spring Championship Of Online PokerSCOOP starts tomorrow at Poker Stars. I know a few other people were considering playing a few events, and our Super Swede suggested I put up a thread where we can all post our results and moan about any bad beats etc.
So let us know how you get on.
My campaign starts tomorrow with the $5+50 NLHE 6 max rebuy ( $50k GTD).

Annoying way to go out but fairly happy with my performance. My tourney stats are below. As you can see I didn`t exactly play loose even though it was 6 handed.
During current Hold'em session you were dealt 560 hands and saw flop:
- 29 out of 95 times while in big blind (30%)
- 21 out of 96 times while in small blind (21%)
- 45 out of 369 times in other positions (12%)
- a total of 95 out of 560 (16%)

Thanks guys. Yeah a little over 6 1/2 hours play.
Happy enough with the $60 but I have to clear $200 before I see any profit because I`ve been staked for the series. After that I split any winnings 50/50.

Thanks. Just finished the PL 5 Card Draw. Unlucky way to exit, was dealt A2345 and re-raised a very loose player. He called and took 2 cards. I bet and he re-raises me all-in. No way I could fold and it turned out he`d hit a boat. 
Field was just over 4200 tonight. I was out in 613th for $12.87.

WOW ul on that hand. Were they dealing a lot of big hands like that? I know when we played on Doyle's 5 card draw the dealt a lot of monster hands

I had the day off yesterday but resumed today. I was offered the chance to play the HORSE but had a terrible headache at the time it was starting. Decided to give it a miss and just play the $33 NLHE 2 Day Event.
Just over 20,000 started and I`m pleased to say I had another decent run playing a little over 6 hours and finishing 1371st for $97.70.
That makes it 3 played for 3 cashes.

Great stuff, DM - or should I say Marathon Man. How do you keep concentrating for so long? Six hours is quite a slog. You must have the football on TV at the same time and a few cans of beer on the go to keep it bearable...

I don`t find the long games a problem. Patience has always been a strong point for me and with the huge fields involved I play pretty much ABC poker.
I have music on while I play and there`s a group of us (Mostly team mates from when I played a league - Jazzer, Zackelwahn, Cocaine and a couple of others) playing these games so we chat on msn while we`re playing. There`s much MOOOOOing to be had

It was 2-7 Triple Draw tonight and I got off to a pretty nice start. Wasn`t really "feeling it" though and combined with a run of terrible cards I went out a disappointing 731st from 1801.
So my cash streak has ended but I`m hopeful for tomorrow`s 7 Stud8b.
