I've been running really hot lately, but know poker has its ups and downs and my poker career won't always be like this. So I gotta enjoy it while it is!

nate 1 question I see it lasted 10 hours and more when you were playing how do u keep your concertration for that long?
2nd question can u write down the tournies u play before u play them I want to learn from the master
