good you asked. i think it's just a general offer for anyone making their first deposit irrespective of who you sign up with (even though we prefer it's us of course.  ). the problem seems to be that it's only for brand new accounts (see last condition) although you might want to contact their support as i know they are relatively flexible with their promotions.
