real bad beatThis happend pretty recently.
I had ace 6 and limped in
flop was ace 7 ace.
i raise a good bit 1 person calls
turn is a 6
i raise the pot he re-raises all-in i call
he had pocket 7's so i had a bigger full house
river was a 7 he hit quads.

Those ace rags are nothing but trouble for ya. Doesnt matter usually if it is the flop, turn or river they usually lose it seems to me.

best hand preflop won^^, nah you was just unlucky but you got lucky as hell 2 when the 6 came...

well, ya had the bigger boat, but anytime there's a boat out there, it's possible for quads, ya got to think, what is the other person on when you get into a big pot (or any pot for that matter) nobody would have folded that hand, but you had to be reaslistic that even though you had a great hand, unless another ace hit with those cards, you didn't have the nuts & as such, could lose, & that's part of the reason to avoid playing ace rag, limping in or not, it usually costs you chips...also you call it a bad beat, no, it was an unlucky beat, the best preflop hand won, he was ahead 70% to 30% PF, you only had 1 over card, I'd play those odds holding 77 over ace rag any day...
