The Alternate-Poker Forum Cash Ticker
A little insight into what we do with some of the rake that you can help earn for the forum.

When you play in a poker room downloaded from our Banner Farm or various links around the forum, instead of that room keeping all the rake, they send a percentage back to us all here at APF. You'll also find plenty of information at our featured sites & more in the Online Poker Rooms section. We often have bonus codes and special deals available to our downloaders so be sure to check out the full reviews featured on our main site at Alternate Poker

Those percentages go into our budget or the "Cash Ticker" (if you will) - the cash ticker forms the prize pools - you, the member, then play in APF tournaments with the opportunity to win back some of the "rake" that you have payed out at the poker room.

Whether you play a cash game at the poker room or in a tourney, the poker room in most instances, take their fee or "rake".

This way however, we all get something back.  

You help build the value of our monthly freerolls and money added events by simply playing your favourite game.

Help us to build the pot and the revenue will grow to provide excellent added value games that you are eligible to enter and win here at APF.


We currently have over $500 per month in added cash to APF Events & huge satellites to boot !


This concept is constantly under review and will be adapted depending on our sponsorships and budget.
