The APF Buy-In League Table : Season 9 FINAL STANDINGSWelcome to the APF Buy-In League - Season 91st place will receive the APF Buy-In League Trophy  with a medal and added cash available for each event.
Congratulations to our new champion : shirun This will be a series of 9 events held at Power Poker and each game will be a $3.30 buy-in with $40 added to the prize pool. League table points will be awarded based upon your finishing position at qualifying tournaments - Next Event : Complete (click here for details). Buy-In League points system
Extra Rules and Information : - The league table is updated after each game by our super swede muratore. If you have any queries about the scoring he'll be happy to answer any PM's. - The league will commence in September 2009 and runs for 9 league games. - All APF members are welcome to join and play these games at any point throughout the 9 game season. - If a player not eligible for points finishes in the top 10 of a given game, all players behind his finishing position will move up one position. - In the event of a tie, the player with the most top 3 finishes over the 12 games will be placed higher, if they are still tied it will go to most final tables and finally most wins. Should we still have a tie for the trophy, this will be decided by a 3 game heads up match to be organised by the players involved. - Forthcoming game details may be subject to change. Buy-In Table abbreviations : Pos = Position Points = Total Points #1 = Points achieved in Game 1 (#2 = Game 2, etc) TBC = To be confirmed Medals and Trophies available : - the Buy-In League Overall Winners Trophy

Don't worry about posting your screen names here. As long as we have you entered in the Power Poker Screen Name List then you're good to go. Tournament threads will also be posted as usual. We'll be continuing with posting the password in the Events Calendar until further notice. Everyone should also remember to fill out or update your player profile, this helps us a lot.

OK, i've updated this and hopefully everything is correct (i'm sure mura will tell me if it isn't when he's back  ) ...getting tighter at the top and still plenty of points available with 4 games to go.

Two names i don't have screen names for were in the points (RiverDRat & mspiggie72) for Game 7, so players below them have been moved up as per our rules. shirun has increased her lead this week as her nearest rivals failed to score. Still plenty of points to be won though.

Congratulations to our new champion : shirun Shirun takes her first league trophy in fine style by winning game 8 of this seasons APF Buyin League with still one game in hand. A dominant performance which has seen her as the most consistant scorer throughout the season with 2 outright wins to boot. A well deserved win !

i reckon she must have been cheating to win it so easily , how about we have a stewards inquiry pending on a final decision, once passed by the supreme court after challenges and once all protagonists have been questioned thoroughly in a bar somewhere in Dubai.
we'll have that trophy to her by say, 2011 ....maybe.
