The Moderators Are Bored (a bit)The moderators have been complaining to me that they don't have enough posts to moderate lately and they've all been sitting on the porch, drinking the tea that KN made and contenplating Nuclear Physics and the latest episodes of Ramseys Kitchen Nightmares........
.......well almost. 
I know it's summer and everyone is busy but my wish is to see a little more posting around the forum. Remember, that this is your community and we live or die on your imput, thoughts and playing of course. I'd love to be more active myself but as most of you know the backstage stuff doesn't fix itself and we always have a bunch of stuff to do.
Our tournament structures and funding seem to be going pretty well but we'd love to see a little more conversation on these little green boards of ours. Anything you like really, doesn't have to be poker based even, we just love reading what you have to say (most of the time  ) and generating activity.
If you feel we're missing a trick, shout it out .......got a brilliant idea, shout it out ......want to complain ....ermmm, tell mura 
- tell us about your hols
- your poker day (start to end cash with some table screen shots)
- tell us about the one that got away
- animals as poker players
- always like to see more pictures of you guys and gals
- "how do you see me ?" (i'll go and do this now so you get the idea)
- blah, blah, blah
......you get the picture !
As always, some things will work and some won't but if you have a little spare time and a word or two in your head, drop in to MLP and gives us your thoughts.

Hi all our Mods
How about arranging another tourney for Christmas of girls v boys??
I don't think we have had a Devils v Angels for about 6months and they are great fun with good humoured rivalry.
Any chance as we would hate you all to be bored

i'd love to arrange this Runny but until the forum gets more active again, i think we will have to wait. posting and activity have gone right down lately except for a few members like yourself and we really need a little more going on to justify these kind of one-off events. i'd like to see 30+ active members to ensure we get a good turnout anmd we're a little off that right now.
as soon as we're humming again, this and the inter-forum team event are top of my list for stuff coming up.
p.s. my original post in this thread was actually written on July 22nd so it's somewhat out of date now.

OK Harry - I understand your reasons - but would it be worth putting out a few feelers to see if there is any interest and this could perhaps revitalise us all?
I missed your original post back in July - probably on holiday - but picked it up thru' Adam's message yesterday.

tell you what ....why don't you drop Miklosik a line and see if the 2 of you you can drum up enough girls to make this worth a shot.
i would really prefer this to be active members (as it's free money) but if you guys can drum up say, 12 to 15 players, then i'm sure we can get our uber-masculine mods  to find the boys to match.
if we have to stretch the rules a bit, that's fine, as i'm all for anything that will get the members revitalised. Mik can let me know how you're getting along and we'll try and put something together when you're ready.
