The Team Alternate Mini-League (OFC) #5 FINAL STANDINGS
We'd like to announce a Mini League for the players that chooses to play for Alternate Poker Forum (Team Alternate) in the coming OFC events! The idea behind this Mini League is to promote our members to play for us in these events which will hopefully mean bigger numbers for Team Alternate and by that also more players going deep in these events! The Winner of this Mini League will have a permanent Award added to their signature line here at the forum. 
This will be a series of the coming 8 OFC events. League table points will be awarded based upon your finishing position at qualifying tournaments - Next Events : Season #6 (click here for details). OFC Mini League Points System
Extra Rules and Information : - The league table is updated after each game by our super swede muratore. If you have any queries about the scoring he'll be happy to answer any PM's. - The league will run over the next eight (pro-US) OFC events starting with OFC #87 at UltimateBet 8/8. Both Freeroll and Buy-Ins are counted towards the League Table. - To be eligible for points, you must have signed up to play for our forum and also posted your screen name in the respective OFC thread as before. - All APF members are welcome to come join Team Alternate and play these games with us at any point throughout the eight game season. The more the merrier ! - In the event of a tie, the player with the most top 30 finishes over the 8 games will be placed higher, if they are still tied it will go to most final tables . - Forthcoming game details may be subject to change. Although the OFC games normally occur once a month, we are not in control of their schedule and cannot make guarantees of "if" and "how many" will occur. As long as they are held at US-friendly sites for anyone to enter, then league points will be available. A new season of the ever so popular Team APF OFC Mini League has been launched 
Due to the end of last season we have made some small adjustments when it comes to tiebreakers for the league win and will no longer be looking at average finishing positions to decide who wins the league. |

First weekend of the league, DangerMouse was best forumer yesterday, and today HOUSECATS made it into the money and also took the league lead.

OFC #89/90 at Full Tilt Poker this weekend will not be scored in the Team APF OFC League due to big registration problems for many of our players.

The OFC should give us a free-roll anyway for all the aggravation they caused our forum. |

Some good finishes tonight.
Best were shirun and PoolDemon that both made it in to top 20, unfortunately they failed to dodge the river on the last table.. 
shirun takes over the lead in the table with half the season played!

HC rides his short stack well for the last 2 hours of the game and makes it in to 22nd place in OFC #97
He also has a good sized lead going in to the last event of this season, most of his challengers for the win need at least a final table will for sure be an interesting game tomorrow
