Know-nuffin

I swear at the screen,   kick the dog,   slap Tracey,   eat a 1/2lb bar of chocolate,   decide to shove 'em all-in next have no matter what I'm holding   ..... and fold.   (prolly fold the next hand too)

With that many chips left, I don't feel you are pot commited, and only AA with a weak kicker, & no flush draw, i would fold it as I would think previous bets/folds dictate that you are probably behind...& you still have plenty of chips to make a good move with a better hand or a better flop...

Like you said you were pushing me all game. So I though you were trying to buy the pot with a simi-bluff with a draw. So I went back over top of you to push you off of your hand. But you hand a hand and i sucked out on you sorry.

that push all in doesnt sound like a made hand really. If one of the other are close elimination i would have considered to fold, but more then 70% of the times i will go all in, and hope it stands...

This thread has no bearing on how you played the hand HC
I was just looking for other peoples opinions on how i should react to your play here

What I'd do on this hand is play it differently to begin with.  First, I'd raise pre-flop.  With 700 in the pot at my turn, I put in somewhere around that in order to lay about 2:1 pot odds, which is likely to discourage a call if HC just limped hoping to see a cheap flop.  AT suited is probably best right now, and if HC comes over the top big having limped a premium hand, I still have enough behind to fold quite easily.

Since I checked my option instead, I raise more after the flop, say to 2100.  1400 seems likely to be seen as either a decent but not great hand (one I'm likely willing to lay down to a push) or a pot-builder with a strong hand.  But what could I have in the latter category given I checked pre-flop?  A few hands, but not many, which increases the likelihood that what I have is a decent hand - and that increases the likelihood that HC may think a push will buy the pot.  And if he is on a draw, I once again want to avoid offering him pot odds just to call.  1400 isn't enough to do that, so I'm also letting him draw, plus giving him a good situation to semi-bluff.  That puts me to the test in a situation where my action is unclear.  I'd rather bet more, which may even be seen as almost pot-committing myself, and lower the probability of that happening.

I also prefer flatting to min-raising.  With a decent hand in position, this is partly for pot control.  It lets me see if he'll fire again on the turn.  It does let him represent a flush if another heart comes, but that will happen less than one time in four.

Rightly or wrongly i figured HC would fold again to a big bet here on the flop
I figured he had caught part of it but i thought my Ace was good
When he came back over the top all in it just looked to me that he didnt want a call
I took the chance that my read was right and unluckily/luckily HC hit the river to make his 2 pair
