Tips for playing omahaLooking for anyone to give me some sound advice on playing omaha. I've have played this game several times. Actually made final table with massive chip lead once ended up with 7th (lol). Since then I seem to crap out early. I guess my problem is wanting to see the flop too much in this game cause of the four cards (anything can flop to help your hand). Any thoughts from anyone.

There are a bigger variety of starting hands you can play in Omaha and many potential draws.
Table position is very important if you are playing on an aggressive table pre-flop, and post flop if/when you are asked to pay for a draw, look to do this when drawing to the best possible hand.
Pay attention to the board as to what it can make for your opponents even more than what it can make for you.

if a few people are in the pot dont pay alot especially if you arent drawing to the nuts. See alot of people drawing with Q and K high flush draws
