tips on how to build my BR

I have just got my total BR from only FTP points to around 120$. And this on allmost only Mtt's. Still i know its hard to get high in a MTT, especially on the two sites i am playing on, Stars and Full tilt.
I know that stars have 3.4$ sng's, DON's and alot of multi-table sng's to play.

Someone that have a tip of what i should play to get my BR bigger   Easiest gameform to plus on etc.

Something i do not want to do is Cash games, not that good in that kind of games

I don’t think there is one right way to build a bankroll other than by playing within it.

You could try playing a number of sng’s and use the profit from those to play mtt’s. That way if you don’t cash in a few, it doesn’t dent your bankroll only halt its progress.

Obviously playing APF games with the great money added deals that Harry lines up for us, are a good way.

The best thing I can think of is to find what game format, betting and blind structures best suit your style.

Double or nothings can be good, but with whatever you chose it’s important to remember that your aim is steady progress, i.e. (you can’t make a $10 profit from a $2 single table sng).

I guess you are right. Still i think i have a good chanse in SNG's, MTT's and DON's. still i think MTT's are way funnier. tho its a big variance in that gameplay.

But i liked that with playing sng's and play mtt's for the winnings i got from them. Maybe should try that out.

DON's i have some problems with controling my aggression in this ones on the bubble/semi-bubble.  ...

I have played a lot of DON's and I always tell myself it is "survival" poker.

It does not matter who has the most chips when you cash, just that you have some.

You may even get away with not playing a hand - I remember sitting down to a hold 'em one and 12 hands later I cashed

Okey, ´there are 2 types of DON's. Turbo and regular. Is one of these "easier" then the other?

generally speaking i think turbo just cuts down the skill level a bit as you are forced more quickly to play less than premium hands. the levels dictate the play, so players take more risk which means that you are gambling much more.

they are fun but don't favour the better player.

Regular DON´s usually works best for me. Then after ive cashed in a few of those i can buy into a MTT like u said or even bring it to a small cashtable where i do the hit and run style    If no luck in the MTTs or cashtable u can go back to DONs and start again

Patience is a virtue

The 180 player sng are great br builders. They have one on FT that has 90 players and pays the top 18. Easy to make it to  the money in this one.

SNG's are the easiest way to make money, IMO...

play whatever size field you are comfortable in, skip turbo's & short stacks, play tight, & you will cash a very high percentage of the time, enough to fund the MTT's you prefer to play...

Private games with money added are a surefire way to build a bankroll
They might not be a quick way to build one but i'm sure someone with your skills would do well in these type of games

Thanks for those words. Still i would like to have all my mone on 1 or max 2 sites and the private games are on some "smaller" sites with not those kind of games and action i am used to. So i will keep playing the OFC's but not games on nordica etc.

Played one 90 player sng last nite, finished 4th, now trying out two 3.4$ Sng's. Maybe mix them all up.

still unsure about DON's. are 5.4$ DON's to big of my ~100 BR. I hate that it is a big step from 1.1$ to 5.4$ DON's....

STill have 2 videos from two great swedish tournament players. Will try and look on them some more and hope to get a few more tips

My suggestion is to play what you enjoy.  In my case, I happen to prefer MTTs.  So that's what I play at leat 90% of the time, with other types once in a while when I feel like a bit of variety.  My win rate per hour is actually a fair bit higher in ring games, but the difference isn't enough for me to switch.  But if you're lucky, your favorite may also be your most profitable.

yeah, probably should play what i enjoy the most...I think i know what to do now tho. mostely MTT's, but when i am on tilt or something go and multi-table DON's. and try to build a bankroll that way.

Hope MTT's are the most profitable for me

I have about 12 sites with money in them, it doesn't hurt to spread it around, have a max amount you want to carry on any of them before cashing some of it out, it all adds up, like on Nordica, I deposited like 20, when I hit 120 I withdraw 100...

Still if i have my money spread out, its pretty hard to grind it up to a decent amount IMO. To have around 20$ on 4-5 diffrent sites dont give me much to play with...Still i liked those private tournaments, but not worth it to spread them with a small bankroll.

I get youre idea but how often doesnt it happen that you lose all those 20$ on one site instead of going plus. Those private games have to wait

honestly, as bad a player as I am, I very seldom, if at all, re-load anywhere
I doubt you would have to either
