before they merged with AP on cereus, i was able to deposit without a problem on either site, i want to take advantage of the 10 buck bonus they have if you deposit now (for the OFC), but can't use click2pay (my preferred way of paying) as it's in their new system for AP. I'll get around it but very annoyyed right now, I was on hold with their 866# for banking probs for over an hour (battery died on phone, who knows how long that would have taken)

also, since they merged, they now offer an option to upload an avatar, which I can't do as I have one on AP, they sent a generic response not allowing it, numerous emails to their CS go unanswered.

does anyone have a good contact there ? Harry, Neil...
anyone know if there is anyone actually working there ?

i've not had contact with their rep for a couple of years so i doubt i'd have much more luck than you.

i do need to check an affiliate thing tomorrow so i will look to see if they have any reported problems.

I tried to open an account there when i saw OFC game posted and everytime i tried to register an account it said my mail addy was already in use

I contacted CS and explained what was happening and asked if it was my AP account which was causing the problem

The answer i got was AP and UB accounts are seperate and you shouldnt have a problem opening an account with UB as long as its a different player name

When asked if they could explain about my mail addy already in use on their site all they could say was the details i had given when trying to register an account were the ones i could use and there wasnt a problem, next time i tried to open the site it let me log in with the details which previously were refused

Very strange

Just made a deposit and it went through very smoothly
(why doesnt that surprise me)

I had problems on the ap side but i got it fixed I know they been having problems with there proccesing sysytems on there side.. I think they should just make it one site but I think other sites beside uB and ap are with cerus
