Walking Away with a WinLittle Tip for ya if interested :
Even more important than winning money is to know how to hang on to it! Lured by the idea of winning even more money at poker, most players eventually end up by losing it all. Thus, a vital feature of poker involves proper management of your money. During a poker game, a successful, professional player should know precisely when to continue and when to stop by carefully analyzing his budget and the progression of that particular game. For instance, if you are satisfied with your overall winnings during a poker game, you shouldn’t rush in to make very high bids, as you can easily lose all your earnings! Regardless of how “lucky” you may feel, always think twice before throwing in all your winnings at a single poker game. When you feel content with your winnings accumulated during a poker game, you should either make smaller bids or even completely withdraw from the game in order to make sure that you will walk away with your earnings.

I like maximum buyin tables like .05/.10 PL Omaha with a $10 max buyin.
I try to bring it up to $20 to $30 dollars and quit with a nice win of $10 to $20.
Then you can do another max buyin with $10 and see if you can do it again, if you don't you still have made some money and can try again.
Nothing like tripling your stack at a NL or PL table and loose it all in one hand.
Plus if you can change tables it helps people from zoning in on how you play.

From my experience, I win and lose it and lose it cause I can't control my self. When I play 0.25/0.50 and lost it all with villian very lucky at the river. SOmetimes I feel like I want my money back right now and hate too grin to got what I lose back then I will move the limit maybe 0.5/1 or 1/2 ... lately I just lose 22% of my bankroll because I move up and lost it all because of tilt from last game.... After a while I realise how I'm fool. If I just stop there and take for awhile I just lose $50 now I lose $400, Now I need to make it to 28% to back to equal before I lose...
I need to keep my emotion in check next time after lose and thought what lose is lost.

yes I will have to agree with you because I do the same thing (most of the time) I think it is a very good way to increase your bankroll
