Thanks for the warring. I got one the other day from Yahoo that wanted me to up date my profile because they had to many e-mail accounts and had to delete some of them. I sent it to Yahoo.com. They also said it was a scam.

NEVER EVER EVER EVER give out you user name, password, pin number to anyone no matter who they say they are, EVER, PERIOD.
Things like this should get warning bells going, whether it's a poker site, or anything that could contain financial info, PayPal, moneybookers, Click2Pay, Visa, etc...anything, THEY WILL NEVER ASK that kind of info, EVER (whether by email, mail, or them phoneing you)
Phishing emails usually look legit, sometimes they have some real links to the site they pretend to be, and usually formatted to look like other emails you may have received from them before.
Many times there are obvious typo's, or sentences that don't quite seem right that identify them right away, but some look so legit that it is hard to know.
Another thing to be wary of, once or twice a year, a virus gets sent out from what seems like a legit source, with a free poker program, nothing is free baby, be careful...
