what is up with the avatar restrictions? 120 x 120 16mb?????It took me an hour to find a pic that would work, and man i have so many better ones for my avatar....no offense but tough to personalize with such hard to meet requirements.

we keep it like this so the margin doesn't get to wide on the left hand side. i think the size is plenty big enough for an avatar and we've rarely had issues with this before.
why don't you just resize the one you want. if you don't know how to do it, send the pic to me and i'l do it or you, it's a 2 min job.
