well what is beiggest fold you did that saved you from losing alot money or chips? I just rember mine was I had AQ H I rasies 5 times the bb Got 2 callers the board came Ad As7s I raised the other 2 people called the tune came a 7d so I had a full house so I bet the pot to see were I am at and the other 2 people just called so I had no idea what the other people had and then river came like 10 so I check trying to slow play but I dont what happend or how it went but the other 2 went all in I almost instead called but at the same time I was reading a poker artice about good folds which was kinda funny so I decdied to fold I think the article had something to with it.... and the guy ahd pocket 7 and he made quads that wa sproably one of my best reads in a long time.. I mean I could of bet bigger but the guy with qauds 7 was very lose and he would of called.. so what is your best fold story

Congrats on getting away from that one Adam.

It's hard to say what is the biggest fold I've made; I recently had a similar one to yours flopping trip aces, but that was when playing Omaha, and after my pot bet was called seeing a third suited on the turn had me folding to an all-in and re-raise. I was expensive but a correct lay-down.

I once folded a rag from UTG playing on p.com that would have made a Royal on the river...

does that count.

I ended up 2nd in a tourney for some good coin, based party on this fold.

On the final table, I'm mid-position, holding AK, UTG+1 made the typical 2.5x raise, I had a strong read on him, & had one of those "I know he has aces" feelings creep up on me, thought 4 a bit, while thinking i caught a late postion player sneak a peek & his cards, & got an obvious read of a push coming, i folded, late position did push, he had QQ, 1st better did have AA, & AA lived...(& no suck out straight or flush would have hit 4 me...)

(table info, AA had me well covered in chips, QQ had aproz 12 BB's left...)

KK pre-flop a couple of times, and under fulls a couple of times after. But a lot more often, I simply go broke with those hands.
