I've been playing the tables at Power all weekend and for some reason i havent been able to make the bets i want to so i thought i would email support
Hi
Is there a reason why i cannot type a bet amount into the little box at the side of the slider rather than use the slider when i am playing at the tables
This option worked for me up until this weekend but for some reason does not work now
I have re-installed the software but it still does not work
Is there an option somewhere i need to activate for this to work and if so could you please tell me what i need to do to find it as i have searched everywhere i can think of

Thank you for your email. Can you please make sure you have the Number lock button activated if you are using the number pad on the right side of the keyboard?

 I've done similar.
I won a FT hat in the wsop fantasy league but after 2 months it hadn't arrived.
I was about to fire off an email when the thought occurred to check the rules and found they give you the FPP's. (I hadn't noticed the 1400 point jump in the total)
I was supposed to order it myself. 
Decided to save the points toward something nice for T.  Shhhh don't tell her.

I won one also and was just thinking the other day how long it would be before it came
I'll have to go to Tilt and see how many points i got now
